does Travel Link work? |
Travel Link
provides a safe and easy way to make secure online bookings at many great
tourism operators and attractions, and accommodation places in Fiordland.

Will
my credit card be debited? |
In most (if
not all) cases your credit card will not be debited. However, some
operators will debit your credit card for either the full amount or a small
deposit. In this case, we will let you know before you confirm your booking
that your credit card will be debited.
In all other situations, Travel Link requires your credit card details to
confirm a booking, however, we will not debit the card. Instead, you pay
the full amount upon arrival at the business you are making a booking at.

What
currency are prices listed in? |
All prices on
Travel Link's web site are listed in local currency which is New Zealand
dollars. Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.

What
if I want to cancel a booking? |
You can cancel
your booking at any time. If the booking has already been confirmed you
will need to review the details of the tourism operator's cancellation policy
before cancelling to see if a cancellation fee is applicable. Most businesses
will not charge a cancellation fee 48 hours outside your arrival at their
facility.

Can
I edit the booking after I have submitted the booking enquiry? |
Normally there
is a short delay between submitting a booking enquiry and getting a response.
During this time you are free to edit the booking details in any way. After
the booking enquiry has been replied to by the tourism operator, it is not
possible to edit the booking. You will need to either send us the changes
you wish to make via e-mail,
or make another booking enquiry.

Do
I have to pay a deposit? |
Normally, no.
Some tourism operators may require a deposit. In this case we will let you
know before you confirm the booking with your credit card details.

Can
I make more than one booking enquiry? |
Yes! You can
make many booking enquiries at different businesses, then choose the most
favourable after you have got a response from each business.

How
do I check my bookings later, or on another computer? |
Easy - just
visit our web site at http://www.fiordlandnz.com
and log into your account with your e-mail and password.

forgot my password, where can I retrieve it? |
To recover your
password, please visit this link
and enter your e-mail address. We will e-mail your password to you.

Why
do some businesses not list tariffs on their web page? |
Tariffs are
the responsibilty of the tourism operator. Some businesses choose not to
list tariffs for competitive reasons, or because they change frequently.
You can easily make a quick booking enquiry to get a personal response from
the tourism operator with the tariff they have set for you.
