How Travel Link Works



 

From your Travel Link web page, the customer fills in their booking details. This includes the number of adults, number of children, children's ages, rooms/activities requested, e-mail address and may include their name. The customer is assigned a unique booking ID for this booking request.
You receive this new booking request via e-mail. After looking over the details of the booking request, you decide if you can provide a vacancy for this customer.
The customer receives your response to their booking request. They decide whether to make a confirmed booking. If they make a confirmed booking, the customer is required to enter their credit card details into our secure server. The customer's card can either be debited now, or usually they pay in full on arrival at your facility.
If the customer didn't pay in step 3, they will pay in full when they arrive at your facility.
